A2LA is seeking a driven and creative professional to spearhead our marketing efforts and manage engagement across social media platforms. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow within a global non-profit organization as a Marketing Specialist.

Work within Pardot and Salesforce on; lead generation, drip/nurturing email campaigns, and landing page development for lead generation and general promotional purposes.
Provide tactical support in the planning, creation, and implementation of content across digital channels (i.e., websites, social media, video, email communications, press releases).
Produce and disseminate high-quality, engaging written resources and other communications while advancing goals and objectives as set out in the A2LA operational and strategic plan.
Google analytics and tracking conversions, SEO, and SEM.
Assist in cross-functional webinar coordination, (schedule, facilitate, leads management).
Supports email design, distribution, and maintenance of distribution lists/preferences.
Website back-end management.
Supporting graphic design through a basic understanding of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Staying up to date with the latest technology, and best practices, and identifying marketing opportunities that promote brand awareness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
A2LA may provide exceptions to educational requirements for veterans who demonstrate the ability to perform the duties listed in this job posting.
A successful candidate for these positions typically meets the following criteria:
2 to 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of marketing automation, email distribution platforms, and social media
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
Experience in brand storytelling
Critical thinking skills
Knowledge of WYSIWYG editors and HTML
Able to develop and deliver professional reports and projections to the marketing team
