Innovative Incorporated Promotes Rose Fetters to Vice President of Finance

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (April 19, 2023) – techfrederick member and Maryland-based managed service provider, Innovative Incorporated, promoted Rose Fetters, CPA to vice president of finance last
week.
Fetters joined the Innovative team in 2018 as controller and most recently held the role of director of finance. “It has been an amazing opportunity to watch this company steadily grow over the last five years,” Fetters said. “I am so grateful for the ability to grow alongside it.”
As vice president of finance, Fetters leads the team that oversees Innovative’s accounting, human resources, purchasing and contract administration efforts. Additionally, she is responsible for the company’s budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
“She is an amazing leader, and continues to bring her energy, enthusiasm and business acumen to everything she tackles,” Jason Rappaport, Innovative’s president and CEO, said about Fetters. “I am confident that Rose’s expertise and leadership will be an integral part of driving our business forward.”
Fetters is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lock Haven University. She has nearly fifteen years of accounting and finance experience including several management and leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies.
Fetters is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Washington County and current member of the DC Chapter of the CFO Leadership Council.
