Innovative Incorporated Promotes Three Employees This Week

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (February 14, 2024) – Maryland-based managed service provider and techfrederick member, Innovative Incorporated announced promotions for three employees this week.
Samantha Cataldo was promoted to human resources manager, Marianne Kreizman to staff accountant and Lauren Rappaport to sales support manager.
Cataldo, who joined the company in 2022 as a human resources generalist, will oversee and manage all HR-related tasks, such as benefits, employee engagement, and compliance.
“I was honored to be presented with the promotion,” Cataldo said. “I am extremely lucky to have a manager and leadership team who encourages growth in their employees and pushes them to new heights.”
Kreizman, who joined the company in 2022 as an accounting assistant, will fully transition to accounting after balancing various other administrative duties.
“I really enjoy working with Rose [Fetters], the accounting team and everyone at Innovative,” Kreizman said. “It’s one of the best places that I’ve worked at, and I can’t wait to see what we do next.”
Cataldo and Kreizman are members of Innovative’s accounting team, managed by Vice President of Finance Rose Fetters, CPA.
“Sam and Marianne’s promotions are very well-deserved,” Fetters said. “I’m so happy to have them on our team and look forward to their continued growth with Innovative.”
Rappaport, who joined the company in 2021 as a sales and marketing assistant, now leads the sales support team, which supports existing business efforts and helps ensure clients are receiving the appropriate IT solutions.
“I am thrilled to be leading the team that I’ve worked with over the past two years,” Rappaport said. “It’s been a great privilege to work at Innovative, and I’m excited to see what’s in store for the future.”
Rappaport is a member of the sales team managed by Chief Information Officer Tyler Snyder.
“Lauren has demonstrated exceptional skills in the few years we have worked together,” Snyder said. “I’m thrilled to have her as the leader of our amazing sales support team.”
