Meet Our Team

Meghan joined the techfrederick team in March 2023. Having worked for both local and national non-profits, Meghan brings vast experience in fundraising, event planning, relationship building, and stewardship to her role as techfrederick’s executive director. In this role, Meghan will work to expand the techfrederick network and create new partnerships and initiatives designed to raise awareness as well as critical financial support for the growing tech community here in Frederick.

Meghan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from University of Maryland; she is passionate about Frederick and has volunteered in the community for years. She is a founding member of W.I.S.H. (Women, Inspiring, Supporting & Helping) and Par For A Cause: A Charity Golf Challenge. She is currently volunteering with the Mental Health Association of Frederick County and a member of Key City Rotary.

Meghan resides in Frederick with her husband and two children. She and her family enjoy vacationing anywhere where there’s sand and water and being tourists in neighboring cities.

Paige is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in nonprofit program coordination, operations, and community engagement. She has a strong background in developing people-centered initiatives that promote equity, access, and meaningful growth. Throughout her career, Paige has led with empathy and clarity, creating systems that transform ideas into action and support lasting impact. Her strengths include building solid relationships, managing complex projects, and fostering inclusive spaces where people and ideas can flourish.

Outside of work, Paige is a proud mom of one, a lifelong lover of music and sports, and a creative at heart. She’s passionate about storytelling, wellness, and community, and brings that same energy and intention to everything she does.
