The DE&I Committee at techfrederick promotes diversity and inclusion within the tech community. Committed to creating a more representative and equitable industry, the committee engages in initiatives and programs supporting underrepresented technology groups, such as Day of Tech. This committee is responsible for creating future initiatives to promote and expand our presence to foster and encourage diversity and inclusion.

Life Science

Committed to narrowing the divide between the life sciences and the broader tech community, this committee actively fosters connections between the two. Its mission is to encourage collaboration among professionals in the life sciences and technology sectors, cultivating an ecosystem mutually benefiting both industries. Additionally, the committee recognizes the importance of establishing techfrederick as the central hub for Tech and Life Science members.

Membership

The Membership Committee focuses on expanding and engaging the techfrederick community. It develops and implements strategies to attract new members, enhance member satisfaction, and ensure the organization remains a valuable resource for all its stakeholders.

Tech Games

The Tech Games Committee is responsible for working with the game's organizer to create and develop new games, themes, and logistics, as well as assist in finding sponsorship opportunities and teams to play.

Aspire Training

The Aspire Training Committee develops and provides training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in the tech industry. It aims to empower professionals and students with the tools to excel in their careers through collaborations and partnerships.

Government Contracting
