The DE&I Committee at techfrederick promotes diversity and inclusion within the tech community. Committed to creating a more representative and equitable industry, the committee engages in initiatives and programs supporting underrepresented technology groups, such as Day of Tech. This committee will be responsible for creating future initiatives to promote and expand our presence to foster and encourage diversity and inclusion.
