Mike is the founder and CEO of Battle Resource Management Holdings, Inc. BRMi is a professional and information technology services firm that provides business and technology strategy, planning and implementation support for both government and commercial clients. Today, the firm primary focuses its competencies supporting the public health research, homeland security enforcement and benefits and regulated financial services missions of a variety of civilian government and commercial clients. Through its acquisition of Data Management Services (DMS), BRMi has established a significant public health research employment base in the Frederick area.

Prior to founding BRMi, for 21 years, Mike has led organizations in operations management, sales and sales management, marketing and business strategy in government and commercial information technology. Mike is a hands-on leader who has led initiatives to execute major transformation and change initiatives for the Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry, the Office of Management and Budget’s Line of Business Initiative, Department of Homeland Security’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) Program and US Citizenship and Immigration Service’s EA Program. He brings organizational leadership experience as a senior manager and executive at IBM, Computer Sciences Corporation, AppNet/Commerce One, High Performance Technologies Inc. and Allied Signal.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts and a Master’s in Business Administration from James Madison University (JMU). He is committed to education and youth causes serving on boards at Center for Adoption Studies and Education (CASE), James Madison University, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and techfrederick. He also, through BRMi, provides substantial support to non-profit organizations focused on serving the needs of children such as Teardrops to Rainbows (pediatric cancer patient and family support), CASE, The DC Touchdown Club (supporting wounded warriors), Salvation Army, and several other non-profits. Mike, who lives in Clarksville, Maryland, is married to Cecelia Battle and enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown children (and new grandson), JMU football (Mike played football for JMU) and the
occasional round of bad golf.
