Masai Troutman is the CEO of MASAI Technologies Corporation (MTC), a Frederick County based Program Management and Information technology consultancy. MTC specializes in Systems Engineering (Process Improvement) and enterprise Commercial Off the shelf (COTS) business system services. MTC provides consulting services to Federal/State & Local governments and private organizations. MTC’s clients list range from the State of Maryland, Intel, NIKE, IBM, U.S. Army, Navy, Dept of Defense (DoD) and others. MTC has supported the DoD with services in globally in areas, i.e. Afghanistan/Saudi Arabia/Bulgaria to utilize business systems, train staff, and to analyze system data. Masai believes business process agility, collaboration and teaming, and innovation are keys to long term business success. Masai serves as a mentor and tutor to male Students of Color in FCPS, and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. providing annual Academic & Leadership scholarships to Frederick County Youth.

Masai is a native Detroiter. He was raised as 1 of 5 children on Detroit’s Westside by his single mother who focused on education and a Christian disciplined life as a way to transform economic and social status. At Cass Tech High School, Masai participated on basketball, track, and football teams receiving athletic and academic scholarships to Kentucky State University majoring in Computer Science and a Master of Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Masai began MTC in ’95 to automate logistics and financial systems for large organizations to be more efficient with processing business transactions.
