WeiserMazars LLP Combines with Integrity Consulting Solutions LLC, Expanding its Business Consulting Services

WeiserMazars LLP, a leading accounting, tax, advisory and business consulting firm, announced today it has completed the combination with Integrity Consulting Solutions LLC, a Frederick, Maryland-based management and technology consulting firm that serves a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors. The transaction is effective September 1st.
Integrity Consulting Solutions specializes in core management consulting and technology enablement solutions, as well as enterprise risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity and emergency management planning. Integrity has breadth and depth in several primary industry verticals including the government sector, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, higher education, and manufacturing.
Integrity will remain headquartered in Frederick, MD and operate as Integrity Consulting Solutions, a subsidiary under the WeiserMazars brand, which will add four Partners and 36 consulting professionals to the rapidly growing Manhattan-based firm. Integrity’s professionals will continue to serve their clientele, now with the added global resources of WeiserMazars.
