Effective managers develop their team members by coaching them to improve skills which lead to greater productivity. Any ethical professional can become an effective manager by engaging in a set of core behaviors. These behaviors have been shown over many years to improve results and retention.
In this highly interactive course, you will be trained in actionable models of three core managerial behaviors supported by behavioral guidance on how to implement the models. The training focuses on effective manager skills, with the purpose of achieving results and retention.
