Mazars USA is looking for an IT Consultant with experience in business and IT support, consulting, and IT Project Management to join our rapidly growing Management & Technology Consulting team! We are looking for a passionate new team member to join our team who can take the initiative, create and function successfully in a collaborative environment, and solve problems to drive effective value-added results for our clients.

This team member will need to develop and execute project approaches and contribute to solving our client’s business challenges. This team member will be expected to manage client relationships from initiation through completion within our client’s environments.

At Mazars USA, our Consultants serve as a primary face of Mazars USA to our clients, taking responsibility for managing most aspects of a client engagement tasks. Our Consultants work as part of a larger consulting team forming close relationships with key client Business and Information Technology stakeholders. Consultants must possess project management skills, strong communication and client relationship skills, and the ability to balance quality, budget, deadlines, as well as client expectations.

We are seeking a talented Consultant to join our Management & Technology Consulting group.

Professional Responsibilities:

This position offers the opportunity to develop your career within our expanding Management and Technology Consulting practice.  Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
  • Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
  • Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether SLAs are being met and where there is room for improvement
  • Analyze, evaluate and recommend technical solutions for clients
  • Lead the creation of deliverables, work product and communications
  • Interface with clients at all levels daily
  • Demonstrate ability to balance quality, budget, deadlines and client expectations
  • Work with internal and client resources
  • Proactively identify, manage and mitigate client risks and issues and work closely with leadership to resolve these issues
  • Propose implementation strategies addressing client operational needs
  • Analyze the current state, identify issues, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, and support the development of creative strategies to help our clients achieve business success
  • Facilitate meetings, participate in working sessions with clients and conduct interviews
  • Lead the development and delivery of client and internal presentations
  • Ensure great customer service across work streams and projects
  • Build relationships with client relationships at all levels
  • Assist with internal initiatives to help our firm grow


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • 3+ years prior experience in customer facing roles
  • A working knowledge IT infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, …) and Azure or AWS experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of current IT Project Management and project planning techniques and technologies
  • Strong practical knowledge of technology and its application in business
  • Ability to translate and align functional and business needs into technical specifications
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to proactively manage commitments and tasks
  • Experience building effective trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working as part of project teams in a consulting or strong customer-oriented environment
  • Experience leading project teams and providing practical, creative and clear guidance
  • Proactively demonstrate commitment to team and firm development
  • Willingness to travel, when applicable
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
