Why take the Agile Foundational Training?
This highly interactive workshop will present participants with a foundational understanding of Agile practices and will specifically focus on Scrum and Kanban, the two most popular approaches to Agile development. It will also provide participants with instruction on how to use process mapping to find the points in their current workflow that are causing a delay in creating shippable product and using Agile practices to address the process issues. A significant portion of the time will also be spent on exploring the issues that commonly arise when Digital organizations try to transition to Agile and best practices for resolving them.
