Master the art of managing expectations, priorities, budgets and communication for your tech-centered projects.

“Client Success” is more than just launching an end product. The role of a digital project manager is often a synergy between hard and soft skills. Managing your budget vs keeping your client happy. Hitting a schedule vs motivating your team. It is important that a Digital Project Manager ensures the project is completed on time and on budget – but even when both of those achievements are met, a client could still walk away with a negative experience. It is equally important that a DPM considers the relationship with the client and the communication of schedule + budget status throughout the project to ensure client happiness.
