To be most effective, we need to communicate in a way that makes the most sense to the other person. Whether that communication is in person, virtually, or over email, you will learn how to tailor communications to the listener in order to craft messaging that will resonate with your audience.

Each attendee receives a DISC Behavioral Assessment which must be filled out prior to the training.

Who should take this course:

The methodologies taught in this course are effective for managers, supervisors, team members, peers, project collaborators, and individuals at all organizational levels. Ultimately, anyone in any profession or industry, who is interested in learning how to communicate more effectively should take this course.

What you will learn:

• Your own communication style and its strengths and weaknesses
• How to observe behaviors and stop judging personalities
• How to quickly analyze behaviors to learn about the other person
• How to tailor your behaviors to improve communications and build better relationships
• How to apply these tools to email and other forms of written communication

The Behavorial Communications approach: Observe, Analyze and Tailor. This model provides a way to communicate more effectively through observing others, i.e. watch and listen and is based on the fundamentals of behavioral theories.

**This class will be in-person. A virtual option will not be available.
