 This session is for those responsible for engaging with and keeping existing customers.  Have you ever done the math on the lifetime value of a happy customer?  It is more than what they pay you each month or year.  It is far more expensive to bring on a new client than it is to keep an existing client but a ton of companies lack a clear strategy for keeping and growing their customers.  Furthermore, they don’t take advantage of how happy customers can actually be your best source for new customers.  A study shows that 88% of customers are willing to refer their service providers but only 11% of service providers ask for referrals.  Your customers are the lifeblood of your business for more reasons than 1. 

How many customers have left over the years? If that answer is “too many” then this session is for you.  How many customers have potential to expand into bigger customers?  If the answer is “more than 1,” then this session is for you.  Do your customers refer you to enough new business?
