techfrederick will be conducting a custom benchmarking survey to analyze pay, pay practices, and benefits data and trends within our local regional market. The study will be conducted by an outside consulting firm that has extensive experience in compensation studies.
The Central Maryland Comparative Pay and Benefits Report will serve as a valuable resource to local organizations and inform leaders in pay and benefits program decisions for their organizations, including:
- Early access to the published report in January 2023 (PDF and Excel formats) at the best available pricing
- Competitive pay rates for approximately 50 staff, management and tech positions, specific to employers in the Frederick, Maryland metro area
- Insights into pay practices, flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, benefits data and trends
